Yes – finally they were open at the same time as the baby was a sleep. I’ve been peaking through there windows for months but either the baby hadn’t fall a sleep yet or the shop was closed – so I was so happy to find it open so that I could finally see all the nice jewelry close up (and not only what’s in the window)
The shop is called Ladyfingers and it’s a little shop with a workshop located Jægersborggade (you know the trendy street that I just love in my Neighborhood) . 6 artists share the space so they can afford it.
It’s just filled up with beautiful things and I had a truly inspirational talk
…..nearly makes me wanting to open my own shop…oh well perhaps one day *dreamin

My mornings are usually like this: The baby gets his early morning bottle around 6 then all tree of us snooze in the big bed with the baby lying between us with his own little duvet – stretching out his tiny arms (often hitting me in the process). Around 7:30-8 we get up – my husband goes off to work and the baby and I get dressed (wool underneath) – goes into the living room and greet the cat. Then it’s porridge time – mine is usually Happy belly porridge by Aurion (Den glade maves grød) and the baby is currently eating rice porridge but sometimes I pack the baby in his pram and trot over to the new hip porridge place Grød – across the Nørrebro park, for my breakfast.(the baby gets a bottle and his porridge later in the day)

So if you’re like me – love porridge and is not scared of my testing new things, like rice porridge with green tarragon-sugar and hazelnuts or oatmeal with caramel and apples, I recommend you popping in to Grød next time you’re in my area.
(the lovely photos are taken by my sweet friend Elise)

Just love to peak into Inge Vincent’s workshop/ shop. She makes white paper thin “you can’t believe it’s” ceramics. The shop is located in Jægersborggade, a street that’s nice to visit even when it’s pouring down like cats and dogs as it is at the moment. The shop is filled with her delicate handmade paper thin ceramic cups, candle holders, bowls and more. White. Raw. Simple. Beautiful. You have to check it out!

I want to share a local favorite with you. It’s Ro Chokolade, a little shop filled with lovely handmade chocolate in Jægersborggade – in the cold season you’ll also be able to get the best spicy hot chocolate, during summer Rasmus Olsen has ice cream and before Christmas you can get chocolate advent calender with 24 little treats.
